As much as I would love to be able to finish everyones images within just a few days of your session, it is just not possible. My "Normal" turn around time is 2-3 weeks. I am currently working at the tail end of this right before the 3 week mark.
I get several emails asking when images are going to be done. I promise that I email each and every client as soon as your images are ready to be viewed.
Okay so now you are asking, "well why does it take so long to get the images back? So-and-so photography got my images back next day"
Thats great for that other photographer, but I am not that other photographer.... chances are they are not taking time and care with your images.
My goal is to take my time and make sure each and every image is perfect before I give it to you. In order to do that it can take me a great deal of time to get them done. Please keep in mind that there is much more going on behind the scenes, I run not only the camera and the editing, but I take phone calls, emails, run a website, blog and FB (for the company) I am the manager, the customer service, the transportation, I am the book keeper, schedule keeper, I do all the packaging, mailing, sorting, andI make and send each and every custom order.... everything. On top of also having a life in there somewhere (sometimes)
This is an example of an average edit. on average takes about 5-7 minutes.
This is an example of a much more lengthy edit.... 20-25 minutes.
